Work starts on the market place in Alcala de Xivert

Alcala de Xivert-Alcossebre Council has started repair and improvement works to the pergola in the Plaza del Mercado.  This will consist of a complete overhaul of the structure, which will also be painted.

The work, with a budget of 14,500 euros from the Council’s own funds, and in the same way that all the work in the town has been carried out during 2013, this operation will be carried out by a local construction company.

Francisco Juan Mars stated that “this is one more demonstration of our determination that it will be local companies which carry out the improvements in our town”.
