Alcossebre
The Council starts work on the Avenida Castellón in Alcossebre
It will go around the historic centre of Alcossebre and give better access to Las Fuentes and the urbanisations.

The mayor, Francisco Juan Mars, pointed out that “this new road will enable traffic to flow more easily, particularly during the summer holiday season, so that it will be quicker and safer to reach the urbanisations”.
He also mentioned that the budget of 300,000 euros for this project came from the municipality’s own funds and it is planned that the work should be finished for this next summer, at the time when traffic is heaviest in this area.
