Alcala de Xivert-Alcossebre Council is introducing an Administration Modernisation Programme

For some weeks, Alcala de Xivert-Alcossebre Council has been working to put in place an Administration Modernisation Programme using the electronic administration tool (GESTIONA), integrated through various modules, such as the entrance and exit register, management of files, electronic signatures, an electronic base, and a transparency portal.

 

Managing files electronically will enable all electronic requests and files to be dealt with in the same area.  With electronic signatures, it will be possible to sign all official documentation electronically from anywhere, using mobile devices.  The Electronic Base will make it possible for residents to have data transmission facilities with the council, without having to go to the offices.  The Transparency Portal will facilitate compliance with Law 19/2013, dated 9th December, for Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance.

 

To summarise, this system will provide a unified means of information, participation and administration management with the objective of making it all much more efficient and, above all, making the administration more easily accessible for residents.
