Participation and organisation were a great success for the 4th Alcala de Xivert Mountain Bike Rally
Oscar Juárez was the winner of the top category and David Archelos in Category B

More than 150 riders from places all around Castellon province took part in the 4th Alcala de Xivert Mountain Bike Rally, the 3rd Memorial to J. A. Roda. Of particular note were a large number of riders from Les Coves and a tandem bike from Torreblanca.
The day passed according to plan, with no incidents or shocks worth mentioning. The weather also helped both participants and the public enjoy the sporting event.
In the top category victory went to Oscar Juárez, with a time of 1hr 48mins, followed by Juan Barruguer Verdegal, with a time recorded of 1hr 52 mins, while Alex Marrase was third in 1hr 53mins.
Regarding the final results in Category B, the winner was David Archelos, in 1hr 55mins, followed by Alberto Jorques in 1hr 57 mins and last up to the podium was José Gabriel Manrubia with a time of 2hrs 5mins.
The trophies for the 4th Alcala de Xivert Mountain Bike Ride were presented by councillors Ricardo Aguilar and Rafael Trujillo from the Alcala-Alcossebre Council.
Those who took part in the test left this year’s event feeling happy, both with the race itself and with the organisers’ attention to detail, which meant that the race was a complete success.
