Alcala-Alcossebre Council is assessing how to request autonomous assistance for the refurbishment of homes
This assistance can be requested for refurbishing buildings and homes until the 30th June
Alcala-Alcossebre Council will assess citizens who ask for it and how they can have recourse to the different announcements about assistance of an autonomous character, focussing on the improvement and refurbishment of homes. In fact, it is a case of subsidies for the improvement of conditions in homes (Plan Renhata), assistance in carrying out the Report on the Evaluation of Buildings, assistance for the refurbishment of buildings – encouraging conservation, safety and accessibility – and assistance in refurbishing buildings in the programme for encouraging improvement in energy efficiency and sustainability. The time for making applications ends on 30th June and they must be made digitally. Those residents interested in being able to make requests with specific information on the whole process can ask for attention by presenting themselves in the ADL Office in Alcala-Alcossebre Council, or by phone to 964 410 301 – Extension 2025 - or by email to adlalcaladexivert@gmail.com.
This assistance is compatible with the assistance which the Council has announced for the refurbishing façades and improving accessibility in homes and establishments, in both cases the amounts available were recently increased.
“The refurbishment of homes by their owners is essential so that our town centres present a better image. On the Council’s part, we have increased the assistance for the refurbishment of facades and improved accessibility and, offering this service of assessment on matters of a technical nature and on the request for this autonomous assistance, we are trying to facilitate the processes for any owner who may be interested”, Mayor Francisco Juan explained.
