Edificant assigns 3.4 million euros to the reform of the Alcala de Xivert La Mola CEIP school.

On the 30th September, at an extraordinary meeting, Alcala-Alcossebre Council will deal with the approval of delegating competences and thus incorporating them in the Generalitat Valenciana’s Buildings Plan to carry out the reform and extension of the Alcossebre La Mola CEIP, with an investment of 3.4 million euros. The approval in a council meeting is the last step in the processing of this matter.
The process to make this work goes back to the year 2018 with the adhesion of the Council to the Building Plan and the preparation of the pre-project work by the council. The planned works consist of extending the centre, to reach the 2nd line, renewing the connections to the sewage network, as well as substituting and renewing other facilities such as the enclosures. Aiming to keep the educational community informed all the time, the Education Department created a follow-up committee, which informed the management of the centre and the AMPA about all the advances which have been happening during the process.
