Alcala de Xivert’s Bikers’ Morning was a Great Success
The Harley Davidson and Custom Bikes Rally was held in conjunction with the Agricultural Fair

More than 400 bikers from all over Castellón province and even further afield gathered in Alcala de Xivert on Sunday for the Bike Rally organised by local club, Custom Maestrat. They filled the morning with spectacular machines, the roar of engines, much enjoyment and meeting friends.
Those taking part gathered around the marquee set up at the end of the Avenida Héroes de Marruecos to get back their strength after enjoying a visit to the Agricultural Fair, the local area and the coast in Alcossebre. In turn, the rally became an additional attraction at the Agricultural Fair.
When the morning came to an end, bikers taking part in the rally enjoyed a truly monumental paella, for which the ingredients included 400 kilos of meat among all the other ingredients appropriate for this excellent Valencian dish.
Custom Maestrat is one of the Mediterranean area’s biker groups which is widely known nationally and internationally. As chairman Miguel Martorell commented, “it is very satisfying to see a biker wearing a t-shirt from our Alcossebre bike rally during the rally held in Faro (Portugal), which is the most important Harley Davidson and custom bikes rally held in Europe”.
The club is already getting ready for this year’s rally in Alcossebre, and have now contracted some of the music acts such as The Ladies group, who are coming back following their tremendous successes in previous years.
