The Sant Benet Pensioners Association holds its Christmas Party

On Sunday, 7th December, the Alcossebre Pensioners Association held an early Christmas party in their headquarters.
The group, given the variety of nationalities of its members, held the party early for its members to celebrate Christmas and to wish them all the best for the New Year, as many of them will spend the season in their home countries. Thus the integrating links can be maintained between residents of other countries, who have made Alcossebre their second home, and the association, through an intercultural event.
A supper was organised in the headquarters of the Asociación de Jubilados Sant Benet, with dancing, the distribution of gifts and a spectacular magic show put on by Wizard Santi, who through his interaction with the audience and his talent, entertained everyone with his magic tricks and quick-witted comments to those there, among whom were the town’s councillors, led by their mayor Francisco Juan Mars.
