Buses from Castellón Airport will have two stops in Alcossebre

On 5th October, the Alcala de Xivert-Alcala Council Tourism Councillor, Alejandra Roca, had a meeting with the area inspector from the Autos Mediterráneo bus company, which provides the bus service from Castellón airport, and the driver of the Alcala-Alcossebre service.
During the meeting they agreed that there will be a second stop from Castellón airport. In addition to the current one in the Avenida de Valencia, the bus will stop in the Plaza de Las Fuentes, a stop which is in great demand, particularly from the hoteliers in the area.
During the meeting they also arranged the reorganisation of the bus stops between Alcala and Alcossebre, in order to improve the service ready for the oncoming season. Alcala de Xivert-Alcossebre Council regard this agreement as a very positive move “responding to the needs we have seen since the airport started operating with the bus service” said the Tourism councillor.
The airport bus service operates only when there are incoming and outgoing flights and tickets must be bought on-line at the Autos Mediterráneo website.
