Joan Ronchera points out that “thanks to the President of the Generalitat, Ximo Puig, Alcala Council can offer long term employment to 4 unemployed men over 30 years of age”
Through the ‘Avalem Experiencia’ programme, councils can offer contracts for some months of employment to people who have been unemployed for over a year.
The local spokesperson for the PSPV-PSOE in Alcala de Xivert-Alcossebre, Joan Ronchera, has pointed out that “thanks to President Ximo Puig’s employment agreement, during the next few days our Council will be able to give contracts for several months employment to four unemployed people in the town who are over 30 years old and have been unemployed for a long time”.
These contracts are possible “thanks to the drive from the Generalitat Valenciana, in setting up the Avalem Experiencia programme, designed to rescue those people from unemployment who have been unemployed for more than a year”.
It is an initiative which is pursuing two aims: bringing people back to the work market who have been away from it for a long time and to making good use of their talents.
“As the representative of the Socialist Party, I have to say that this gives our municipal group great satisfaction as, in the end, we have had a President since 2015 who is working for those in most need, for the people who, in spite of their worth, have seen themselves condemned to increase the lists of the unemployed”.
“As socialists, we urge our town’s residents who are in this situation and who meet the requirements demanded, to go to the ADL in the Council before the 6th November. We wish you all the best of luck”.
