Guardia Civil officers arrest 3 people for 17 crimes of robbery and theft from properties in the Plana Alta area
Various objects have been recovered which are being returned to their owners
The Alcala de Xivert Guardia Civil is holding some of the recovered effects in their offices, to be claimed by the people who could have been subject to some criminal act of this sort

As a result of the services set up to combat robberies and thefts in the province, the Guardia Civil has detained three people as suspects in robberies and thefts from various homes in Alcala de Xivert, Alcossebre and Peñíscola.
Their action started when the Guardia Civil learned that during July and August this year various robberies and thefts occurred from homes and associated buildings, sometimes while the inhabitants were inside, having forced the doors, or gained access through the windows, and stealing things they found there, such as electronic material, jewellery, bicycles and cash.
Therefore, a team began investigating in the affected places, to find the perpetrator or perpetrators of the crimes.
As a result of these investigations and having carried out numerous enquiries, the Guardia Civil was able to identify three males between the ages of 25 and 31 years, who were arrested for their suspected implication in 17 crimes of robbery with force and theft from inside homes in the Alcala de Xivert, Alcossebre and Peñíscola areas.
During the investigations various effects were found which had been stolen and these are being returned to their legitimate owners.
Some of the recovered items are being held in the Alcala de Xivert Guardia Civil offices, to be identified by people who could have been subjected to these crimes.
The detainees together with the investigation reports have been passed to the Vinaroz Courts.
The arrests were carried out by officers from the Alcala de Xivert Guardia Civil.
