To obtain a copy of “Xivert. A castle for a town”, registration with the Alcala-Alcossebre Council is required, from 10th October
Local residents who wish to obtain the book must register in the Council Offices in Alcala or the Alcossebre Municipal Offices on the 10, 11th, 14th or 15th of October

Alcala-Alcossebre Council will distribute a copy of the book “Xivert. Un castell per a un poble”, completely free, to all interested residents who wish to obtain the work. For this, you must register with the Alcala Council or Alcossebre Municipal Offices on the 10th, 11th, 14th or 15th October. When you have registered, you will be issued with a ticket which you will have to bring with you when the books are distributed, which is planned for Friday, 25th October, at 11.00h in the Alcala CESAL. The only restriction is that only one book may be collected per person or family unit.
The books are already being distributed to the local education centres and among the associations, so that the book can be used as a reference book for all these bodies. Members of the Associació d’Amics de la Col·lecció Museogràfica Gaspatxera will also receive a copy.
“Our intention is for all residents interested in having a copy, to be able to have one. In the event that there are not enough copies, we would ask the Diputación Provincial for their cooperation in carrying out another print run, so that there will be one for all those interested”, Mayor Francisco Juan explained.
