The Alcala-Alcossebre Nostra Botiga starts the training process for companies and continues adding new incorporations

Nostra Botiga, the Alcala-Alcossebre new digital commercial centre driven by the Alcala-Alcossebre Business Association with the Council’s support, already has 35 establishments and businesses signed up and will shortly begin a period of training to familiarise them with its management system. Training will be carried out, initially, individually using videos which will show the businessmen how to communicate and publicise their offers in the digital commercial centre and register payments made or manage the orders. Each business will have, within the digital commerce, an individual panel on which he can demonstrate his offer – whether it is products or services – and an area for administrators, with control and management of the business area. Later, live training will be carried out, with the aim of continuing to familiarise the establishments with this platform and it is planned to organise complementary training such as commercial photography courses.
Both training and initial quotas for the digital commercial centre will be completely free for the attendees as the municipal assistance for the business digitalisation which the Council is planning to approve, when the Valencian Generalitat authorises it as an inappropriate competence. “The Council’s intention is to get it to every type of business and professional in the municipality, including those which are not within our competences”, Mayor Francisco Juan explained. Among these aid schemes, are also included expenses for which grants may be available, the purchase of equipment and IT devices for businesses which support digitalisation.
