The competition is being organised following sustainable aims such as sport and healthy leisure, increasing local business, implementation of health measures, increasing tourism and innovation. The organisation has emphasised “the magnificent environment and landscape of the Las Fuentes beach”. For the Council, which is cooperating and facilitating the organisation of the event, they have emphasised “our predisposition for our locality to be accommodating sports events at a level like this, after the suspension caused by the health circumstances”, Jordi Batiste, Sports councillor emphasised.
