Users and familiies will get quite relieved knowing that there is, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, a connection which offers immediate help in case of emergency
In the province of Castellón there are right now more than 1700 users, such as Mrs Ana who uses the service since 15 years and who owes her life to the Red Cross because of an emergency she had before the pandemy.
If you live alone or if there isn´t any family nearby, it´s quite reassuring to know that there is a permanent connection to the Red Cross. You needn´t worry any longer. Just keep living your life and enjoy it.
