The Villarreal CF UEFA Europa League cup will come to Alcossebre
It will be exhibited in the Alcossebre CESAL, from 12noon to 8pm on Saturday 10th and from 11am to 7pm on Sunday 11th July

The UEFA Europa League trophy won by Villareal CF last May will be in Alcossebre on 10th and 11th July. The Alcossebre municipal CESAL, located in the calle Ausiàs March, will receive the cup and all the fans who wish to will be able to see it and by taking photos and posting them on social media, can enter a competition for prizes organised by the club. On the Saturday, 10th July, it will be open from 12 noon to 8pm and on Sunday 11th July, from 11am to 7pm.
The arrival of the trophy in the locality is part of the initiative set in motion by the club ‘mascot’ (groguet) which is trying to take the cup to the towns in the province, in response tof the support which the club attracts from all the Castellón fans.
Mayor Francisco Juan emphasised that “at the time when we were told that the Cup could come to our town, we offered to support all the team necessary” and urged that “Villarreal CF is the club for all the province and has already demonstrated this through other initiatives, like “Endavant Província”, in which we also participated as a town”.
