A sea-front fashion show to promote the local shops
Alcala de Xivert Council is organising a fashion show in July
“Fashion in Alcossebre” is the slogan for the first fashion and accessories show the Council is organising in Alcossebre to promote local shops. It will be held on 7th July, at 20:00h in the plaza Vistalegre which will be turned into a real fashion cat-walk where hundreds of people can see a really original, spectacular event.
Some fourteen local businesses will be taking part where current fashion, including that for children, will be available for all to see.
This is the first time in the history of the town that such an event has been organised and therefore the Council has searched out the experience needed to make the fashion parade a real spectacle. The Again Agency team will be in charge of casting so that the best models in the province will be on the Alcossebre cat-walk.
Mayor Francisco Juan is optimistic about the hypothetical success of the fashion show and explains that: “On the one hand, we are trying to increase our tourism facilities, and on the other, to let people know about and promote our local businesses”.
Going back to the casting, the Again Agency group will be looking for local children to take part in the parade. On 30th June, at 11am, they will be in the Alcala market and in the afternoon, the casting will continue in the plaza Vistalegre in Alcossebre.
