The formula for ceding industrial land at zero cost in Alcala de Xivert will come into force on Monday 24th June 2013
“In this way the
Consell will make it easier for entrepreneurs, the self-employed and Small
& Medium Enterprises to set up new projects in the Community so that they
generate employment and economic wealth”.
This type of marketing means that the Generalitat will cede land to be
used for buildings on a lease – This will apply to a total of 400,000 m2 to be
marketed in the business parks promoted by the Consell in Alcala de Xivert
(Parque Empresarial “El Campaner”), Tibi (Parque Empresarial Maigmo), Xixona (Parque
Empresarial El Espartal III) and Utiel (Parque Empresarial Nuevo Tollo).
Máximo Buch, the
Deputy for Economy, Industry, Tourism and Employment, announced that the
formula for marketing the Lease to Build, announced by President Fabra, “will
come into force next Monday” after having received a favourable report from the
Generalitat’s Legal Department.
“From 24th
June the document with the conditions of this innovative marketing formula can
be seen and will be available for all those who wish to access land in the
Comunitat Valenciana Business Parks via the SEPIVA web page”, he added. Information will also be available in
SEPIVA’s offices in the Avda. Cortes Valencianas 20, 2ª in
Valencia.
He concluded by
saying that “The Generalitat is pioneering with this offer of attractive and
advantageous marketing conditions for businesses to set up so that the
businessmen have only to concern themselves with their business. All these marketing conditions make the
Comunitat the best place to develop all types of industrial and entrepreneurial
projects”.
